We have two established dispensaries in Portland currently looking for people who are passionate about cannabis and aim to build a career in this new and exciting industry.
We are looking to fill part time budtender positions. We have a strong focus on education and patient care. The position requires a desire to learn about new products, vendors, cultivation practices, and processing methods in order to convey accurate information to our customers and patients. We hope to find driven, hard working individuals to join our enthusiastic and inspiring team. We actively encourage upward mobility and aim to teach individuals the skills they will need to have long term careers in the cannabis industry.
The budtender position is an essential part of daily operations. They serve as a direct link between the General Manager and our client base. The budtender works one-on-one with our patients to recommend products that best match their needs.
This position has the following requirements:
Valid OLCC worker permit
Strong communication and customer service skills
retail experience, POS experience, cash handling
Strong ability to multitask
Demonstrates knowledge of quality cannabis, methods of cannabis cultivation, extraction and forms of consumption to best serve our patients and customers
Ability to handle and package cannabis
Ability to lift up high and down low, lift and carry 50 lbs. or more, walk up and down stairs, and sit or stand for the duration of the shift
Familiarity with Flowhub, GoogleSuite, METRC and Leafly.com menu updates preferred
Flexible schedule; immediate and open availability preferred
At $14/hour, employees begin training in our Budtender position. After a 90-day review, pay increases to $15/hour and employees become eligible to interview for internal promotions.

To keep our cashiers as safe as possible we provide face masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. All customers are required to wear a mask and one is supplied for them if they do not have one. We are also limiting the amount of people in the shop.
