Aqualitas Inc. is a licensed medical cannabis producer, located on the South Shore of Nova Scotia in the Region of Queens Municipality. Fulfillment Associate Reporting to the Logistics Lead, the Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for the B2C (Business-toConsumer) fulfillment planning for an array of Aqualitas products.
• Organize products to match fulfillment requirements
• Work from the order pick lists and ensure quality inspections occur in a timely fashion
• Progressively work on fulfillment strategy and documentation control to limit re-work
• Work closely with the Logistics Lead and Packaging Department to ensure wholesale preparation of product is timely and accurate

•  Maintain physical and digital documentation of movement in and out of inventory via different departments throughout the facility
•  Commit to monthly reporting of relevant information for use in the CTLS system and key operational metrics
•  Prepare and fill orders with other team members, and give direction to other team members to execute on directives
•  Ensure proper compliance with Health Canada and other regulatory requirements, Occupational Health & Safety Act Regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), Good Production Practices (GPP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company policies
•  Work safely by exercising due diligence and reporting any hazards to the Director of Operations
•  Other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
•  Completion of Grade 12
•  1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing packaging environment
•  Sound knowledge of Inventory Management
•  Detailed understanding and log of bulk cannabis and finished product
•  A thorough understanding of in-process product as well as ownership of finished product inventory to achieve fulfillment goals Skill Requirements:
•  Solid computer skills with an in-depth understanding of Excel – including data manipulation and modelling
•  Excellent communication skills, along with strong financial, conceptual and analytical proficiencies
•  Exceptional planning, time management and organizational abilities • Knowledge of GMP and GPP is an asset
•  Adaptability and flexibility
•  Ability to work evenings and weekends as required to support operational requirements
