Canna Farms is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the team to provide the necessary support to the Sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues with respect to sales reporting, contract management, invoicing and proposal support.

As an integral part of a high-performing team of sales professionals, you will be self-motivated, highly energetic, and results oriented. Your knowledge of sales, CRM system, professional services, and Canna Farms will help you to support the implementation of sales plans to enhance our effectiveness in the market and ultimately lead to revenue.

Duties Include

  • Critical administrative and sales support ensuring all service delivery standards are met

  • Complete order management, including data entry, procurement, expediting, updating information in business system and status reports, obtaining and storing correspondence and documentation

  • Handling incoming calls and emails with inquiries from customers with confidence and accuracy

  • Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or product call responses)

  • Promptly satisfying customer service queries with efficiency and professionalism

  • Assisting and collaborating with sales team, other Flowr departments, vendors, etc. to ensure that customer needs are fulfilled

  • Various other sales and support functions within the team

  • Handling incoming calls and emails with inquiries from customers with confidence and accuracy

  • Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials)

  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process

  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year of inside sales, marketing and communications experience, preferably in a professional services or business-to-business environment

  • Office Administration experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing or communications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, both internally and externally

  • Be comfortable liaising effectively with partners and staff, and clients and targets

  • Ability to work with all levels of an organization

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and database management experience

  • Aptitude for working with technology

  • Strong research, project management and analytical skills

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform in a deadline-oriented environment

  • Strong attention to detail, and organizational skills

  • Self-starter, independent and proactive, who will show initiative and bring forward new ideas to the team

  • Desire to work in a team-based environment on multiple projects with minimal supervision

  • Bilingual is an asset but not required
